In response to the community’s strong desire for an immediate enhancement of the town centre, IF_DO is advancing a focused planning application to expedite the delivery of the southern square. This dynamic public space is dedicated to food and music, providing an immediate new town centre experience while laying the groundwork for a comprehensive transformation. This initiative precedes the submission of LandsecU+I's masterplan, which will outline the complete redevelopment of Lewisham Shopping Centre.
